AI systems for the admin side of manufacturing

Behind every plant is an office doing the same skilled work every day: pricing enquiries, checking orders, chasing suppliers, preparing documentation, answering customers. It needs experience, and it is almost entirely repeated. We build systems that take on this work, think it through properly and hand a clear conclusion back to your people. They review it and make the decision.

Works with your existing systems
Your data, exported any time
No lock-in
Where the repeated work sits A typical manufacturer
Enquiries Read the request and drawings, work out the job, check it against past quotes, price it.
Orders Confirm what was ordered against what was quoted, check stock and lead times, raise the paperwork.
Suppliers Compare quotes, chase deliveries, reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
Documentation Certificates of conformity, test reports, delivery notes and customer updates, compiled for every job.
Each follows the same logic every time. That is work software can carry.
A worked example

Enquiry pricing, the first system we built

Enquiry pricing is a good illustration of how our systems work, because it is skilled, repetitive and expensive to get wrong. The system takes on the reading, the working out and the drafting. It does not send anything and it does not set your prices.

The same approach applies to order checking, supplier management, documentation and customer correspondence. Whatever the task, the pattern is the same: the system reads, reasons and concludes; a person decides.

01

It reads everything in the enquiry

Covering emails, PDFs, technical drawings, spreadsheets and specifications. It extracts quantities, materials, dimensions, tolerances, finishes, certifications and delivery dates, and notes anything missing or contradictory.

02

It works the job through

Material requirements, the processes involved, set-up and machine time, subcontracted operations and tooling. Each is checked against your rates, your capacity and the quotes you have issued before for similar work.

03

It returns a clear conclusion

A recommended price with margin, a breakdown of how it was reached, the assumptions made, and the points that carry risk: tight tolerances, unusual materials, unrealistic lead times. Where a question needs to go back to the customer, it drafts it.

04

Your estimator makes the decision

The conclusion is reviewed by a person who knows the job. They accept it, adjust it or reject it, and the quote goes out under their name. Every decision they make feeds back into how the system prices the next one.

What it means

Faster turnaround, consistent output, and experienced people doing the work they are good at

For the business

Work that took days is turned around the same day. Output is consistent regardless of who is in the office. More gets through with the same team, and fewer things are lost because nobody had time to get to them.

For your people

Your office staff know your machines, your suppliers and your customers. That knowledge is wasted on retyping information from one document into another. With the routine taken care of, they spend their time on the cases that need judgement, and the work is better for it.

For your control

Every conclusion shows its working, so it can be checked. Nothing leaves the business without a person approving it. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time. No long contracts.
