Keeping the season's margin current
Margin is a good illustration of how our systems work. Every farm knows roughly where it stands; few have the figure current, by enterprise, in the week it matters. The system brings the records together and keeps it current. It does not buy or sell anything and it does not decide the plan.
The same approach applies to scheme claims, input purchasing, contract review and assurance records. Whatever the task, the pattern is the same: the system reads, reasons and concludes; a person decides.
It reads what the farm already produces
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts, yield records, price notifications and bank feeds. It identifies which enterprise each belongs to and flags anything missing or duplicated.
It works the figures through
Input costs applied by field and crop, contracted and open volumes at current prices, labour and machinery allocations. Each is checked against your budget and previous seasons.
It returns a clear conclusion
A current margin by enterprise, where it has moved since last month and why, the decisions coming up that will move it again, and the questions worth asking your agronomist, buyer or accountant.
You make the decision
The picture is reviewed by the person who runs the farm. They act on it or not. Their decisions feed back into how the system reads the next month.
A clear position all season, claims prepared on time, and evenings not spent on paperwork
For the business
The margin is known while there is still time to act on it. Scheme claims are prepared ahead of the deadline with the evidence attached. Input costs are compared before the order goes in. Contracts are understood before they are signed.
For your people
You and your team know the land, the stock and the seasons. That knowledge is wasted on sorting invoices at the kitchen table. With the office work handled, the time goes back to the farm and the decisions that need it.
For your control
Every figure shows where it came from, so it can be checked. Nothing is submitted, ordered or signed without a person approving it. Your farm data stays yours and can be exported at any time. No long contracts.
Tell us where the paperwork piles up
Describe the office work behind the farm and when in the year it bites. We will tell you plainly whether it is worth building for, and what it would take.
